Аннотация:CLAVATA3/ESR-related (CLE) peptides represent a wide family of the signaling and regulatory molecules that are involved in practically all aspects of plant physiology. The evolutionary origin of these peptides and the comparison of the CLE-related peptides from different plant species are not well described yet. Arabidopsis root is a common object for testing peptides effects from one plant on another. It was established in plenty of different labs over the world that about 1μM of the chemically synthetic CLV3 peptide analog inhibit the root growth of the 14 days after germination Arabidopsis plants. In the present study we have tested the effects of CLV3 dodecapeptide synthetic analogs from Arabidopsis thaliana and Physcomitrella patens Hedw. B.S.G. on the early growth stages of Arabidopsis thaliana (L.) Heynh ecotype Landsberg erecta (CS28445). The one of the aims of the research was to investigate how very low (0,1nM and 1nM) concentrations of the peptides could influence plant development.
