Аннотация:A quadruple-decker sandwich complex of lutetium (III) based on a clamshell-type phthalocyanine ligand has been obtained in a high yield (90%). The obtained compound was characterized by a combination of high resolution MALDI TOF/TOF mass spectrometry, UV-Vis-NIR, EPR and H-1 NMR spectroscopies. An investigation of the absorption spectrum in the NIR region showed maxima at 918 nm and in the 1260-1520 inn area. The EPR data and the intense absorption in the NIR region suggest this complex to be a stable biradical.
