Аннотация:
Novel ditopic receptor constructed as combination of bisthiophene with pyridinylvinyl and crown-containing styryl fragments was prepared. In the receptor pyridine residue is able to coordinate with Fe+2, Cd+2, Mg+2 metal cations whereas, the oxocrown ether moiety binds with alkaline earth metal (Mg+2, Ca+2 and Ba+2) cations. 1H NMR, optical, electrochemical, and ESI-MS results provided conclusive evidence of complex formation through the both coordination centers of molecule. The obtained results showed that cation complexation induced an optical and electrochemical changes particular for each binding centers. This type of multiparameter sensors has got interesting perspectives for a future design of a unique sensors promising for different analytical techniques.
