Аннотация:Nanoparticles based on chitosan (Mw 340 kDa, DD 0.85) and galactomannans polysaccharides
from four sources with different Man:Gal ratios of monosaccharides (from 1.1 to 5.3) have been obtained by ionotropic gelation. Four fractions in the interval of Mw from 89 to 226 kDa have been prepared by the depolymerization of one of them (Cyamopsis tetragonoloba, Man:Gal 1.7). The influence that these parameters of galactomannans have on the process of dispersion formation has been investigated. The physical and chemical characteristics of the resulting nanoparticles and their morphological features have been investigated in dynamics. The effective sorption of some proteins by nanoparticles has been determined.
