Аннотация:Energy, mass spectra, and angle diagrams of the expansion of negative ions generated using irradiation of solid Si, Fe, Ti, and KDP targets by a laser pulse with an intensity of about 10(16) W/cm(2) are measured. It is demonstrated that the negative ions with an energy of about 10 keV are formed owing to the charge exchange of the particles in the expanding laser plasma at the molecules of the residual gas inside the chamber.
