Аннотация:The method of distribution of di-(2-ethylhexyl)phosphoric acid between dodecane, isooctane,hexane, and five-molar hydrochloric acid is studied to remove the acid from the yttrium-90 back-extract tothe fullest extent possible. The additional washing of the back-extract with these solvents was suggested, and,for this purpose, a special single-stage centrifugal extractor with a mobil light phase was developed. Theamount of yttrium-90 in the final product was determined by the electrolytic method. The extraction-spec-trophotometric method was used to evaluate low concentrations of di-(2-ethylhexyl)phosphoric acid in anaqueous phase.
