Аннотация:The element composition and morphology of carbosital electrode surfaces modified under electrochemical deposition and co-deposition of copper and lead have been studied by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, electron-probe X-ray spectral microanalysis, and scanning electron microscopy. The element distribution profiles over the electrode surfaces have been obtained. The mutual effect of the metals on the deposition process has been observed. The dependences of the element composition and surface morphology of the electrodes on the metal concentration in the solution, their ratio, electrode diameter, and time of electrolysis have been established.
