Аннотация:A study was made of the influence of pressure (P less-than-or-equal-to 16 kbar) on the electrophysical properties of n-type Pb(1-x)Sn(x)Se (x = 0.07) irradiated with electrons (T almost-equal-to 300 K, E = 9 meV, phi less-than-or-equal-to 6.2 X 10(17) cm-2). The parameters of an energy band of resonance states, formed as a result of electron irradiation within the conduction band of the alloy, were determined. The results obtained, together with the data given in other papers, were used to plot the energy diagram showing the shift of the resonance energy band of radiation defects relative to the edges of the main energy bands at the point L due to variation of the tin content in Pb(1-x)Sn(x)Se alloys.
