Peculiarities of Photon Emisson of Whole Non-diluted Human Blood from Healthy Donors and Patients with Different Diseasesстатья

- Аннотация: Blood plays an important role in oxygen absorption and its transfer to organs and tissues in humans and animals. Numerous interactions between cellular and non-cellular components of blood constantly occur. A special role in these interactions belongs to erythrocytes and leukocytes, between which oxygen is constantly exchanged and activated, which we have shown directly in the whole blood. Blood is a liquid tissue, which is a complex cooperative system, and the most important its function is the ability to maintain the homeostasis. Our experience has shown that despite the high optical density, non-diluted blood of humans can be a source of radiation by converting the energy of electron-excited states and secondary processes occurring the whole blood system. The parameters of this radiation - ultra-weak photon emission (UWPE) from the blood - depend upon its physiological properties and reflect the physiological state of a donor. Analysis of UWPE from non-diluted blood is a simple and sensitive method that allows to control the course of treatment of a patient. Despite the high opacity of non-diluted blood can be a strong source of UWPE both in the presence and absence of UWPE amplifiers (luminol and lucigenin). The nature of enhancers of UWPE from the blood shows that reactive oxygen species are continuously generated in it, in particular those that are especially recorded mainly in the presence of an activator of luceginin radiation. Analysis of patterns of UWPE from blood reveals its highly non-linear, stable-non-equilibrium state and cooperative properties characteristic of a living system
