Аннотация:The process of photostimulated migration of C6H5C(CH3)2 radicals in glassy isopropylbenzene (77K) produced by irradiation with light at 313 nm was investigated. The quantum yield of migration (''jump'') of a radical in the matrix was determined and the rate constant of the reaction of an excited radical with a molecule of isopropylbenzene at 77K was determined; these figures were respectively almost-equal-to 5 x 10(-4) and (3-5) x 10(2) sec-1, respectively.
