Аннотация:The kinetics of reaction has been studied and the activation energy has been estimated for hydrophilic oxide ZrO2 and Al2O3 samples that were prepared using (1) isothermal decomposition of zirconyl nitrate and aluminum nitrate and (2) the sol-gel technique. The activation energies of dehydration for the metastable zirconium and aluminum oxide phases prepared using the sol-gel technique have been shown to be 2.5-3 times the activation energies of dehydration for the samples prepared using nitrate thermolysis.
