MASTER-SAAO auto-detection system ( Lipunov et al., "MASTER Global Robotic Net", Advances in Astronomy, 2010, 30L )
discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 13h 31m 01.09s -48d 13m 04.6s on 2019-03-01 00:31:33UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 18.0m (mlim=19.6). There is m_OT=18.0 on 2019-03-04.08563UT.
The OT is seen in 7 images. There is no minor planet at this place.
We have reference image on 2016-05-27.84843 UT with unfiltered mlim= 20.1m.
There is no OT in VIZIER database , it means 22m POSS limit and more then 4mag of current outburst amplitude
Spectral observations are required.

MASTER OT J092049.53-702405.6 discovery - prelim. dwarf nova outburst, ampl>4.2m
MASTER-SAAO auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 09h 20m 49.53s -70d 24m 05.6s on 2019-03-01 20:09:21 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 17.8m (mlim=19.8). There is m_OT=17.9 on 2019-03-02.85282UT.
The OT is seen in 11 images. There is no minor planet at this place.
We have reference image on 2015-10-21.04541 UT with unfiltered mlim=20.3m. There is no OT with unfiltered upper limit 18.4m on 2019-02-26 00:31:39UT
There is no any optical transient inside 5" in VIZIER database (it means 22m POSS limit and more then 4.2mag of current outburst amplitude

MASTER OT J202715.17+221016.0 detection - OT with ampl>4mag
MASTER-Kislovodsk auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 20h 27m 15.17s +22d 10m 16.0s on 2019-03-04.06226 UT .
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 18.0m (limit 18.2m).
The OT is seen in 2 images. There is no minor planet at this place.
We have reference images without OT on 2018-12-25 19:31:41UT with 18.6 unfiltered magnitude limit (MASTER-IAC), on 2014-07-07.99855 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 19.5m (MASTER-Kislovodsk).
There is no USNO-B1 sources, but there is PanSTARRS source in 0.5" with rmag=21.997+-0.254m.
