Аннотация:The properties of the steady-state gas flow in the shock layer associated with a blunt body immersed in a supersonic stream with an arbitrary shear-like nonuniformity are studied.In what follows, the blunt-body problem for the inviscid steady-state flow of a perfect gas with a shear-like nonuniformity of general type is considered and the classes of geometrically similar flows for which the kinematic nonuniformity can be reduced to a thermodynamic one, and vice versa, are established . The boundaries of the domain of existence of a shock layer without secondary flows and self-oscillations are determined with reference to the example of a numerical parametric study of the problem of flow past a sphere .
