Аннотация:Electron-acceptor properties of alpha-, beta-, gamma-, and delta-Ga2O3 are studied by ESR spectroscopy of paramagnetic anthraquinone complexes. It is shown that the formation of Lewis acid sites on the dehydroxylated surface of these oxides is governed by peculiarities of their crystalline structure and is determined by the existence of Ga3+ cations in tetrahedral positions.
