Аннотация:Elena V. PetrukhinaThe role of a verb and context in expressing the aspectual parameters of action in Russian and CzechThe article shows the topicality of the principles of comparison of Slavic lan-guages, established by A.G. Shirokova, in the new integrating cognitive and communicative scientific paradigm. The achievements of structuralism are developed and deepened in the framework of the new paradigm, for example, the principle of the degree of (non)markedness of the members of aspectual opposition. Thus, weakly marked PFV in Czech leads to the fact that the center of expression of some aspectual parameters of action shifts from PFV verbs to lexical indicators, while in the Russian language verb remains the main means of expression of aspectual characteristics of action, and PFV aspect does not become less marked.
