Аннотация:Design and technology of producing spacer lattices out of zirconium alloy E-110 are developed. Two versions of the lattice production are proposed: namely, out of tubes, similarly to the cell out of stainless steel (cell lattice) or out of sheet (laminar lattice are proposed). Application of fuel assemblies with zirconium spacer cells at the WWER-440 power unit 4 of the Novovoronezh NPP indicated increased efficiency of fuel application with due account of the project criteria and conditions of the reactor operation safety. Technology of production and results of operation of experimental fuel assembly batches testify to the expediency of their serial production and change over of all the reactors of this type to the fuel assemblies with such lattices.
