Financial security at the state level lies in the stability of the national monetary unit. Finance is the circulatory system of the economy, and therefore it should not be allowed to be impoverished by controlled and uncontrolled donation to other countries. The purpose of the work is to identify the probability of facts and analyze the unintentional possibility of uncontrolled financial donation in currency trading. The study of the properties of exchange rate positions on the scale of relations is based on the theory and methodology of Shewhart-Deming, in its part on the acceptable variability of the system when preparing initial data for economic modeling and forecasting. A fairly small difference between the forward and reverse values of points on the scale of relations leads to stable positions in relations between countries. The nature of the distribution of quotients on the scale of relations is in close harmony with the logarithmic theory of Lord J. Neper. The novelty of the work is to determine groups of scale segments with different variability depending on the number of bifurcation points of fractions – multiple values of a function.
