- Аннотация: The digitalization of the economy imposes new requirements on a person, as the main factor of production, to the level and quality of his human capital. Creative, innovative, competent human labor is a reliable source of safe and sustainable socio-economic development. The article presents the results of a study of the relationship and interdependence of the level of development of the digital economy and the quality of human capital. The special importance of the education system as a tool and the main factor forming human capital is highlighted.
