Аннотация:Bismuth-germanate glasses with 0,1; 0,5; 1 mol.% Bi2O3 and 0;0,01; 0,1 mol.% CeO2 concentration were synthesized by melt-cooling technique and their spectral characteristics were investigated. It was shown that glasses without ceria have an absorption in the region of 500 nm, which are associated with the presence of bismuth active centers in the glasses. The luminescence spectra of glasses in the IR-region showed the presence of bismuth ions in various oxidation states. The addition of cerium reduces the number of bismuth centers due to the oxidation of bismuth ions.
