- Аннотация: The article presents the results of research on the innovations in the sphere of industrialenterprises in Russia. A number of evolutionary factors causing obsolescence of the existing theoreticalconcepts of the innovation processes in the industry were identified. As a result of the study, we developed auniversal (standard) model for the organization of the innovation network, which is superimposed on theactual organizational unions in the industrial sphere, integrating the administrative mechanisms laid in them.
