Аннотация:Results of investigation of the process of preparation of magnetoplastics based on multicomponent alloys of the type, Sm-Zr-Co-Cu-Fe, and epoxy resins are presented. It is shown that the powders of these alloys possess high saturation induction B//r and theoretical maximum (BH)//m//a//x values. Their coercitive force depends but slightly on particle size, they are distinguished by high temperature stability. Based on these powders with 2 wt. % of epoxy resin, it is possible to obtain metalloplastic permanent magnets having (BH)//m//a//x up to 14 MHs multiplied by (times) E for samarium-based alloys, and 8 MHs multiplied by (times) E for alloys with heavy rare earth metals.
