Аннотация:An improved method is proposed for producing thin films of organo-inorganic methylammonium iodoplumbate (MAPbI3) with a perovskite structure from a layer of metallic lead (Pb0) by Successive Solution– Liquid–Vapor Conversion (SSLVC), including the stage of applying a layer of methylammonium halides from solutions in methylamine-saturated isopropanol to the surface of the lead film and the stage of iodine vapor treatment. Optimization of the concentration of MAI solutions and the introduction of methylammonium chloride (MACl) as an additive made it possible to obtain single-phase MAPbI3 perovskite films with improved crystallinity; based on the obtained films the prototypes of solar cells with an efficiency of up to 16.8% were fabricated.
