Аннотация:Electronic optical spectra of photosynthetic pigments such as chlorophylls, bacteriochlorophylls, and carotenoids are characterized by the presence of a phonon wing of varying degrees of intensities. Differential evolution - the multiparametric optimizer and the stochastic theory were used together to simulate absorption profiles of pigments and to fit experimental data.
