- Аннотация: Femtosecond laser-induced periodic surface structures (LIPSS or ripples) with the wavelength and subwavelength periods attract attention not only from the fundamental point of view, but may be used in developing novel memory devices with artificial anisotropy. In particular, chalcogenide semiconductor Ge2Sb2Te5 (GST225) seems promising to realize rewritable memory on LIPPS.
