- Аннотация: We present new approach to femtosecond laser-plasma microfocus X-ray source driven by low energy 0.1MHz rate ytterbium fiber laser interacted with metal target in ambient atmosphere environment. The results of the generation line X-ray with a flux more than 107 photons/s in 2π for X-ray imaging applications are discussed.
