Аннотация:The article is devoted to the assessment of the regional land and property management effectiveness. The relevance of the topic of the paper is determined
by the need to solve the problem of collecting information about real estate objects
in order to achieve the goal set within the framework of the state program of the Russian Federation “The National System of the Spatial Data”. In particular, by the need
to achieve the indicator of a fourfold increase in investments in domestic solutions
in the field of information technology compared to the indicator of 2019. By the end
of 2030, it is necessary to create and implement a digital domestic geospatial support in 85 regions of the Russian Federation, which will be integrated with the municipal and regional information systems. At the same time, in order to preserve and
improve the quality of life of the population, it is important to adapt the region to the
conditions of the economic crisis against the background of the sanctions imposed.
In their article, the authors examine the theoretical foundations of the land and property regional management system and the formation of the land fund. The authors
provide a methodology for calculating the efficiency of land and property management, which includes the efficiency of land use, namely, the financial productivity of
the land and the productive productivity of the land, labor efficiency and capital efficiency. The proposed measures are aimed at improving and increasing the efficiency of the regional land and property management.
