Аннотация:Bismuth HTSCs Bi2Sr2CaCu2Ox and Bi2Sr2Ca2Cu3Ox (hereafter, 2212 and 2223, respectively) were manufactured from precursors that were amorphous to X-rays (hereafter, amorphous precursors). The influence of a seed crystal (template) on the crystallization and formation rate of the final product is studied. It is established that introducing seed crystals of the same composition into the amorphous precursors of Bi2Sr2CaCu2Ox and Bi2Sr2Ca2Cu3Ox enhances phase formation only within the region of the thermodynamic stability of the specified phases. It is also demonstrated that the strongest enhancement of crystallization from amorphous precursors is caused by the template that is identical to the final crystalline product in chemical and phase composition.
