- Аннотация: Construction engineering is a very complex system engineering project,which will be affected by many aspects. Therefore, construction project managementoften delays the cycle, which has become the main problem of project management.BIM Technology has been very mature, which has become the basic software ofconstruction project management. Through BIM Technology, we can master the wholelife cycle of construction project, which will improve the efficiency and effectivenessof project management. Firstly, this paper analyzes the efficiency and effectiveness ofBIM for project management. Then, this paper analyzes the application of projectmanagement based on BIM.
