- Аннотация: Embryo culture media is the artificially synthesised culture media for human embryos, where embryos live for the first 5 days of their being. On the 5th day embryo is extracted from the culture media and is grafted into the woman’s organism. The aim of current work was to find out a NMR-based technique for prediction the embryo's reproductive potential by measuring the concentrations of some particular metabolites. A total of 30 samples (15µl) of embryo culture media of 12 30 patients were evaluated using 1H NMR spectroscopy (1H on Bruker AVANCE 600 equipped with inverse TXI-probe and CPMG-presat on JNM-ECA 600 equipped with inverse probe).
