Аннотация:The study focused on the effectiveness of efferent methods of treatment (plasmapheresis) and theimmunomodulator Allokin-alpha (ALLOFERON) in preoperative chemotherapy in patients with locally advanced cervical cancer (LACC). The research included 79 patients with LACC T2a-2bN0-1M0 G2; all the patients received neoadjuvant cisplatin and bleomycin chemotherapy (NACT). The control group started treatment immediately; before NACT, all the patients from the main group had plasmapheresis (PA). The patients from the second main subgroup underwent additional non-specific immunotherapy with Alloferon. Changes in the structure of general adaptive reactions and in immunological and biochemical blood parameters were studied in all patients in treatment dynamics. Data processing was performed using the Statistica for Windows v.10.0 software package. The overall 5-year survival of patients with cervical cancer (CC) T2a-2bN0-1M0 stages was analyzed. NACT in combination with PA and nonspecific immunotherapy proved to be pathogenetically justified in treating patientswith LACC, since it intensifies the effect of cytostatics on the tumor and significantly increases the overall survival rate. Including PA and Alloferon immunomodulation in the treatment program provides synergism and prolonged activity of antistress mechanisms, and also increases antitumor resistance of the body. The immunological data obtained during PA and Alloferon chemotherapy can be regarded as prognostically favorable and reflecting the clinical dynamics of patients with cervical cancer. Thus, the data obtained justifies including efferent methods and immunomodulation with an interferon inducer in the complex treatment of patients with cervical cancer.
