On the example of validation of FIDESYS package using the analytical solution to the problem of radially symmetric deformation of a hollow sphere made of elastoplastic materialстатья
Аннотация:The approach for the validation of the module of the engineering strength analysis system FIDESYS is presented. An analytical solution to the problem of radially symmetric deformation of a hollow sphere is used. It is assumed that the sphere is made of elastoplastic material. Both elastic and plastic strains are finite. The elastic properties of the material are described by the constitutive relations of a special kind, for which an exact analytical solution of the corresponding problem of nonlinear elasticity at finite deformations is possible. In the case of a purely volumetric deformation, these relations pass into the Murnaghan equation of state. The Drucker-Prager plasticity condition and the non-associative law of plastic flow are used. A pressure is applied to the inner boundary of the hollow sphere, and the outer boundary is free of loads. For numerical solution of the problem in the FIDESYS system, the method of spectral elements is used. The analytical solution is based on the approach proposed by R. Hill. This approach is generalized to the case in which not only plastic, but also elastic strains are considered finite. The computational results show a good agreement between numerical and analytical solutions.
