INVESTIGATION OF THERMODYNAMIC VALUES OF CHEMILUMINESCENCE ACTIVATED BY COUMARINS C-314,C-334 OR C-525 UNDER THE ACTION OF CYTOCHROME C COMPLEX WITH CARDIOLIPINтезисы доклада
Аннотация:The current work is devoted to comparing the thermodynamic values of entropy, enthalpy and energy freedom obtained theoretically and from experimental data on the study of lipid peroxidation processes triggered by the cytochrome c and cardiolipin complex in the membrane and its accompanying chemiluminescence activated by natural dyes coumarins C-314, C-334 or C-525, each separately. The formation of a genuine model of this process makes it possible to use chemiluminescence methods as a way to correctly assess the thermodynamic values of cytochrome c and cardiolipin, that is, to thoroughly investigate its behavior under various conditions.
