Аннотация:Currently, Trichoderma is a saprophytic fungus capable of parasitizing and antagonizing many fungal diseases on plants. Therefore, it can be said that Trichoderma is one of the leading groups of antagonistic and widely studied soil microorganisms. Many species of Trichoderma have been studied as biological control agents, biofertilizers and soil amendments. Many species of Trichoderma also symbiotically on the surface of plant roots to help plants change their metabolism, stimulate growth, and help plants effectively absorb water, nutrients, and trace elements from the soil. After the research process, we have isolated 8 strains of Trichoderma fromsoil samples in Hoc Mon and Tien Giang (Vietnam), of which 4 have symbiotic ability. We selected 2 strains of Tritroderma with the best symbiosis among the 4 isolates to propagate, grow fungi and create probiotics from them. We have optimized the environment for growing Trichoderma. The results obtained the highest biomass was584.67 mg/100mL of medium, the spore count was 8,05.108 spores/g. After evaluating the effectiveness of probiotics, the results showed that plants supplemented with inoculants developed strong roots, a large number of auxiliary roots were formed, and the plant weight was also higher than that of plants using only fertilizers, conventional chemistry. Through research, it can be said that isolated Trichoderma has the ability to symbiotically and positively affect the growth of plants.
