1-2‰.The influence of temperature and salinity changes on the vitality of embryos and prelarvae of freshwater thermophilic fish Danio rerio was investigated. It has been revealed that the low salinity (1-2‰) almost does not affect the development of embryos, but depresses the prelarvae. An increase in salinity to 5-10‰ leads to a slowdown in the rate of development and the appearance of developmental anomalies. Decrease of the water temperature from the optimum (25°C) to 18°C slows down the pace of development of Danio rerio. When embryos are infected with the oomycete Saprolegnia, the most stable embryonic development is observed at salinity 1-2‰.
