Аннотация:One of the most relevant trends in modern 2d/3d image processing and mathematical modelling in medicine is computed fluid dynamics, applied in intracranial aneurysms hemodynamics assessment. Choice of treatment scheme for patients with such pathologies is significantly defined by risk relation of conservative treatment and intraoperational risks in different surgical treatment approaches. aneurysm rupture risk assessment is still unsolved problem, but it is known that risk assessment requires all the morthometric and hemodynamic parameters to be taken in account, which are cannot be estimated by current in vivo diagnostic methods. This article aims on possibly of patient-specific 3d reconstructions of vessel segment with aneurysm, based on CT angiography, followed by CFD modelling with respect to patient's blood flow velocity parameters
