The article deals with three periods of the Moscow Higher Women Courses’ history. There was no chemistry teaching during the first period (1872-1888). After the Courses liquidation alternative variants of woman education were arranged. One of those variants (so called “Collective lessons”, 1890-1900) included chemistry lections delivered by M.I.Konovalov. The article mainly is focused on the 3th period of Courses development, restarted in 1900. At this time the systematic teaching chemistry began. Such outstanding chemists and teachers as Alexander N.Reformatsky, Nikolay D.Zelinsky, Sergey S. Nametkin, Sergey G. Krapivin participated in that process.
