Аннотация:Though the still uncertain fixing the majority of noncoding nuclear repeated sequences types, many of them were found to be most adequate for organisms of species and intraspeces taxonomic level researches. By help of tandem repeated sequence (Satellite and microsatellite DNA, intergenic and intronic DNA) the genomes of sea fishes, anadromous and resident forms of salmon fishes were studied. It was show that divergence of noncoding sequences is correspond to phylogenetic and systematic relations and diversifications data of genomes studied. The values of genetic distances were in agreement with the level of reproductive isolation between the fishes.
