- Аннотация: This chapter analyses the threats to governments and political institutions in the psychological area in the context of the malicious use of artificial intelligence (MUAI), and the purpose, tasks, and classifications of MUAI. Since AI is still an emerging technology, various legal issues associated with it, including the legal response to MUAI, are also emerging. The chapter focuses on the current practice of MUAI in China, the EU, Russia, and the USA, with special reference to the malicious use of deepfakes.
