Аннотация:This chapter focuses on the challenges of defining the malicious use of artificial intelligence (AI) and the possible threat classification levels for psychological security. The chapter also defines the individual, group, national, and international psychological security domain and describes possible malicious use of AI classifications based on degree of damage, speed, and forms of propagation, among other criteria. The goal of the malicious use of AI in the context of psychological warfare is defined as gaining an advantage from new opportunities to influence individual and public consciousness. The systemic approach and application of the dialectical method allowed the author to examine a set of AI technologies that are extremely important for human progress, but which can also be a tool for malicious use by antisocial groups. This study confirms that the malicious use of AI elevates threats to psychological security to a qualitatively new level, which requires an adequate assessment and reaction from society.
