Аннотация:We proposed and numerically validated self-compression regime of powerful 10- mm laser
radiation (power 500GW, energy of 1.5J, pulse duration 2.5ps) in NaCl crystal taking into account its nonlinear and dispersive properties. It was numerically demonstrated that proposed scheme of solid state compressor containing four NaCl plates (total thickness of 19cm) divided by spatial filters allows to avoid the small-scale self-focusing process and to reduce by an order the initial pulse duration from 2.5ps up to 250fs (7 period of oscillations) and to increase the output power from 0.5TW up to 2.2TW.
