Аннотация:The effect of arsenate- and halide-ions, sulfur-containing compounds, and a nitrogen-containing
inhibitor on the inhibition of the corrosion of steel St3 and electrode reactions on iron in sulfuric acid by propargyl alcohol (PA) is studied with the use of weighing and various potentiostatic polarization. None of the additives completely suppress the process of cathodic hydrogenation of PA. It is advisable to apply PA in small concentrations with the addition of rhodanide-ions and Captax.
