- Аннотация: Currently, it is obvious that economic science needs not only new ideas but new methods of analysis to overcome the Outlook and narrowness of neo-liberalism with its fixation on the economic categories of supply and demand, markets, prices, money, capital. The updated methodology is to push the boundaries of Economism, widening the field of research and the involvement of related non-economic aspects of development of the social organism in the interaction. Speaking about the subjective aspects of social-economic processes, it is necessary to emphasize especially the role of value factors in the development of defining its General direction and socio justify certain forms of social and economic organization. By addressing the issue of unity and contradiction between society, state and the economy, said that the current development of economy and society on the basis of stability and security is losing the base due to mass poverty in some and concentration of wealth from the other; the erosion of the middle class; inaccessibility to knowledge; the loss of government "steering" the General welfare due to the pressure of the oligarchs; the formation of a society only for the elite, etc. How can we achieve public good, embodying the spiritual and material values? In the opinion of a group of scientists, including Boris Chicherin, human interests, both material and spiritual, to a certain extent due to the mutual relations become the interests of the public, because only in Union with other people reaches its destination. In society today there is a movement towards the destruction of traditional values from above, on the basis of abstract, of abstract ideas, against the will of the popular majority that does not accept change and proposed to revise them, values which for thousands of years was the spiritual, moral basis of civilization of each nation. Today in the emerging "multipolar" society, the basis should be the interaction of socio - economic structures; state and public organizations, political and religious forces, regional interbranch market environment, organizations of science and culture. The current economic crisis shows what happens when all the efforts are aimed only at the economic development and do not have a restrictor in the form of spiritual and moral values. It makes to revise the existing methodology, ethical and cultural bases of public administration and practice of construction principles and methods of economic policy, therefore their influence on the development of society and the interaction of organizational structures. Since the processors of the development of social environment are organizations are invited to explore issues of harmonious territorial-regional development based on learning and expanding their compatibility, the efficiency of interaction between organizations of different origin and destination based on cultural value similarities and differences of socioeconomic origin. The purpose of this work is to develop methodological bases of economy of interaction between the organizing structures of society, based on shared and cultural values of his life. This objective includes the consideration and resolution of the submitted list of tasks: 1) Development of theoretical ideas and basic conceptual approaches to the definition of Economics of interaction in the life of society ;2) Development of compatible multi-level structural models of cyclical development of society;3) Identification of basis of interaction of subjects and objects of management in society on the example of the functioning of government, regional business and governance structures; 4) Formation of bases of economic, financial, organizational and technological mechanisms of interaction associations based on shared and cultural values 5) development of a set of conditions and compatible characteristics of effective interaction of organizations.In the present work to present a structural model of the development of society and building a multi-level system of interaction of economic sectors, an integrated methodology of social and economic Sciences, including dialectical and historical-comparative methods, structural, functional and adaptive approaches and principles of interdisciplinary approach and compatibility of systems. Along with this, apply methods of situational, systemic, logical, statistical and comparative analysis and generalization methods, ranking, hypothesis testing, etc. Before the Russian political and social forces today there is the urgent task of rehabilitating the values of the discourse. This is possible when values will not only be declared but also to line up appropriate institutions, to adopt laws, to develop socio-economic programmes for their implementation. Values must be combined with a real economic policy and the legislative process - resulting in the economy of interaction on the basis of spiritual and consumer values compatibility the quality of life of the population and development of the state.
