Аннотация:Systems methods of integrated modeling and management were applied to the problem of Coastal Zone Area (CZA) resources consumption to assess economic profitability of resources use in local parts of CZAs taking into account social and environmental constraints. By following principal steps of systems thinking and modeling conceptual models of ecological-economic systems of environmental management were studied in relation to three main types of coastal zone resources of the sea: biological resources, recreational resources and environmental re-sources, which are consumed along with performance of economic operations. Formalization of these models were made by the method of adaptive balance of causes (ABC-method) in a way to build prediction scenarios of ecological and economic processes in the coastal zone of the sea, which have a large number of control parameters. Application of informational technology ABC AGENT al-lowed to use management agents in model equations to perform control of factors that define a balance of economic profitability and environmental protection activ-ities in CZAs. A principal advantage of such computer-based technology of man-agement and its capacity to perform simulation experiments were demonstrated in a variety of model predicted scenarios, which satisfy the goals of sustainable de-velopment.
