Аннотация:
The main goal of this report is the presentation of a comparative evaluation of the quality of new HEVC codecs and codecs of other standards using objective measures of assessment and subjective study. Test videos included 1080p and 4K video sequences. A total of 43 codecs were compared in three parts of the report: 20 in objective comparison at FullHD videos, 12 in subjective comparison at FullHD videos and 11 in objective comparison at 4K&10-bit videos.
