- Аннотация: In this work, we studied binding affinities of Ce4 and Ce5 peptides produced in a recombinant form to the peptide-binding sites of Kv1.x (x = 1, 3, 6) potassium channels. To study formation of peptide-channel complexes, a modified nanobiotechnogical analytical system was used, in which a new fluorescently labeled peptide, Atto488-HgTx1 (A-HgTx), was used as a fluorescent probe.
